We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring all security tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
